Design Fee Starting at $3,500 for small-scaled projects / $5,500 for medium / $7,500 for large

  • We will meet on site to discover your dreams for your landscape. Our team will document your space through photos and measurements to create a basemap and site analysis.

  • The dreaming phase. Your designer will provide you with 2 unique layout options to choose from.

  • Your designer will put together a design that suits the needs of your site.

    Includes a layout plan, planting plan, plant list, plant photos & care information, irrigation plan, and lighting plan. 

    Additional services billed separately.

  • Fine tune the concept with two plan revisions with your designer.

  • We will provide an itemized bid for construction.
